FilipinaMeet Cancellation Policy

Last updated: May 28, 2026

You can cancel a paid FilipinaMeet subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not immediately remove paid access that you already purchased.

This page explains the cancellation path for web subscriptions, Apple In-App Purchases, and PayPal automatic payments. If you are trying to stop a renewal, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account or payment provider settings.

How to Cancel

  • FilipinaMeet web account: sign in, go to account or billing settings, choose your active plan, and select cancel.
  • Apple In-App Purchase: cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple controls subscription cancellation and billing for purchases made through Apple, so changes must be completed in your Apple account.
  • PayPal: cancel the automatic payment or subscription from your PayPal account, or contact [email protected] for help.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue to use paid features until that period ends. After the period ends, your account returns to the free plan unless you resubscribe.

What Cancellation Does Not Do

Canceling a subscription does not delete your profile, remove your account history, or refund a charge automatically. It only stops the next renewal for the canceled plan. If you also want to request account deletion or data access, contact support from the email address connected to your account.

If you believe a charge should be refunded, review the FilipinaMeet refund policy. Refund eligibility depends on the charge type, payment provider, renewal timing, and whether a billing error or duplicate payment occurred.

Renewal Terms

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing interval unless canceled before the renewal date. Monthly plans renew each month. Quarterly plans renew every three months.

Your renewal price and billing interval are shown before purchase and may also appear in your account, Apple subscription settings, PayPal automatic-payment settings, or receipt email. If you are unsure which provider billed you, check the charge descriptor and any receipt tied to the purchase.

Before You Contact Billing Support

To help us investigate quickly, include the account email, charge date, plan name, payment method, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, one-time passcodes, full card numbers, or government ID numbers by email.

For plan details, review FilipinaMeet pricing. For account, privacy, cancellation, refund, or safety questions, use the support guidance on our contact page.
