Refund Policy

This policy explains when FilipinaMeet provides refunds. We do not use vague "case by case" refund decisions. Refund eligibility depends on the rules below and the payment provider used.

Standard Subscription Charges

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins because paid access and plan benefits are made available immediately. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and leaves paid access active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds We Will Provide

  • Duplicate charges for the same account, plan, and billing period.
  • Charges caused by a confirmed technical billing error by FilipinaMeet.
  • Charges that occur after a verified cancellation was completed before the renewal date.
  • Charges required to be refunded by applicable law or by the payment provider's mandatory rules.

Refunds We Do Not Provide

  • Unused time, unused chat credits, or a change of mind after a billing period starts.
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
  • Account restrictions, suspensions, or removals caused by violations of our rules.
  • Loss of access caused by inaccurate account information or payment provider issues.

Apple and PayPal Purchases

If you purchased through Apple In-App Purchase, Apple may require refund requests to be made directly through Apple. If you purchased through PayPal, PayPal's buyer and subscription rules may also apply.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. Include your account email, charge date, plan, payment method, and reason for the request. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or verification codes.
